a new bag or a wasted hour?

Sometimes I find it hard to give myself permission to make something for myself when there is ironing, hoovering, sorting and tidying to be done......
Mind you this plastic coated fabric has been sitting in the box for 2 years since a family holiday to Amsterdam.
I didn't want to rush into anything.
