Making salads

Making a mix of salads to counteract the upturn in ice cream consumption.

Courgette fritters

Ok I admit it, it's marrow in there but don't tell anyone.

Marinated olives and sun dried tomatoes.

Hugh's cous cous without the chicken.

Good old potato salad.

 

Plus the usual cucumber, tomato and lettuce.

I know the kids will fuss but they will find something they will eat and it does all look so pretty!
