I will try to take photos of the exhibition.
Apologies about all the whining.
This afternoon I turned my attention back to my children to find I had gained 2, I quite like it when this happens, it means that I do not have to entertain everyone.
I saw the blueberry bush full of berries and a soule ful mood hit me. I could make muffins with our own blueberries. I called the only free child, the 6 year old and suggested we make muffins together and she replied no, too busy rolling marbles down the stairs to see which went the furthest. I glumly wander off.
Other people get to do beautiful things with their kids.
I didn't sulk, I went out to pick the berries and do it myself. I have been busy with the exhibition stuff.
If I don't bake I will have to do housework.
As I picked the berries, I spied a photo opportunity and fetched the camera. When I returned the 6 year old was helping to pick. We had just enough for one batch of muffins. She was persuaded not to watch the 2 twelve year old boys who were playing minecraft in the corner of the kitchen but to continue with my own little domestic dream. We had a lovely time.
Ahh, maybe my name is Amanda after all.
Yes, maybe a little white chocolate was added to the muffins.
No, I am not going to show you the finished cakes, I will leave you with dream......

Our life is overtaken by flipping Minecraft! At least it's quite a pleasant thing and not full of shooting! Hence the 'sessions' or I'd never get them to do anything else!
Yum, those muffins look great. I'm dreaming of white chocolate now!
