WIP snowflakes
Over the weekend I had the urge to make some snowflakes, can't think how they jumped into my mind.
Anyway I fancy making a snowflakes mobile. I have a 15cm wire hoop and want to suspend some beaded snow flakes from the hoop. Looks quite naff at the moment. I am having problems in trying to get them to lookimg right.
Hiya, I think it;s a wonderful idea :) I haven't made anything with beads and wire since I was a teenager and I had a go at making jewellery but there's a really nice little hanging snowflake on the blog page below (sorry if you've already seen it) that may give you some ideas! Hope you show us when it's finished.
Snow flakes! We still have lumps of icy snow here in London. The felt is quite thick, the first bag I made as Martha S suggests and thats with bondaweb and a lining fabric, that is stiff. But I thought this worked. Have fun with the mobile.
they look good. hmmm, i keep wanting to make stuff with beadand wire but i stall at it because i worry about doing it wrong!good luck with the mobile, cant wait to see pics xx
